After founding the Mountain Empire Birds website and Facebook profile it is my pleasure to announce and our great fortune that Adrianna Nelson is going to begin managing both. She is a far better birder than I and is bringing a fresh approach and will continue the goal of uniting all local clubs and birders to the benefit of everyone.
Thanks for everyone’s support for the efforts, especially Birding Kingsport, Elizabethton Bird Club and Bristol Bird Club whose continuing donations cover the internet hosting fees. I’ll let Adrianna introduce herself to those of you who have not had the pleasure of meeting her. The fresh input at Facebook and the new theme and format at the website over the last few weeks is hers.
